mgs/kg and klopyralid 150 mg/kg resulted in activating of prooxidants’ and inhibition of antioxidants’ systems of the oxidizing-restoration homoeostasis, that caused development of biochemical, morphological and functional violations in testicular glands, fertility decreasing and, at last, death of descendants. Application of antioxidant drugs while background receiving the prooxidants resulted: thus б-tocopherol acetate in the dose of 10 mg/kg reduced free-radical peroxide lipid oxidization more marked in blood than in testicular glands’ tissue, but rendered insignificant protective action on the quality of sperm; the entering of echinacea’s extract in the dose of 5 mg/kg resulted to the increasing of antioxidant defense system of the testicular glands’ tissue, but rendered insufficient corrective action on the quantitative characteristics of sperm; аzuprostat in the dose of 30 mg/kg that resulted in the decreasing of a free-radical peroxide lipid oxidization, normalization of the testicular glands’ morphological state, functional readiness of the sperm and embryo- and fetogenesis’ indexes at the intact females. Composite action of azuprostat components provided the most marked gonadoprotective effect.
