В результате такого лечения через год нормотрофический тип рубца сформировался у 93,55 % пациентов (в контроле – у 64,28 %; P < 0,05), а незначительные проявления гипертрофии отмечены у 6,45 % пациентов (в контроле – в 10,74 % случаев наблюдался прогрессирующий рост рубцовой ткани).
Выявлены также достоверные межгрупповые различия в динамике изменений биохимических, цитобиохимических, цитологических и функциональных показателей, что подтверждает эффективность предложенного метода лечения.

The dissertation touches upon a question of efficiency for application of preventive intra-postoperative therapy to surgical stomatologic patients during carrying out of standard operative interventions on soft tissue of the face and a neck by preparations «L-lysine aescinat» and «Thiotriazolin».
It is set that on a background prophylactic intraoperational therapy by preparations of «L-lysine aescinat» and «Thiotriazolin» clinical displays of inflammatory reaction less expressed. In these terms cicatrization of wound with complete epitelialization of its surface on 7th days is marked at 93,55 % patients (in control – at 79,69 %, at P < 0,05)
As a result, the normotrophic type of scar (through one year) was formed at 93,55 % patients (in control – at 64,28 %, P < 0,05), and the insignificant displays of hypertrophy are marked at 6,45 % patients (in control – in 10,74 % cases making progress growth of cicatrical tissue took a place).
Authentic intergroup distinctions are revealed also in dynamics of changes biochemical, cytobiochemical, cytologic and functional parameters. It confirms efficiency of the offered method of treatment.
